Lab Manager Course

Course Overview

The course is delivered online and lasts for one week. Attendees will take part in a variety of management training activities which will arm them with the skills needed to help motivate their teams to excel. It will also allow aspiring managers to evidence their knowledge and experience at this level.

As well as individual tasks, delegates will collaborate with their peers in group activities which will cement their management knowledge and instil confidence in their ability to perform at this level.

By the end of the course, attendees will leave with the confidence they need not just to perform in a managerial role, but to help their teams perform too. They will understand key managerial processes such as appraisals and reviews, to support and get the most out of their teams, as well as being armed with the skills necessary to conduct disciplinaries should the need arise.

Having completed a presentation about their learning outcomes back to their peers, attendees will achieve their Credersi Certificate of Competence. We will also provide a performance report detailing potential development areas, so continued growth in the role is supported.
